Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to expand usage, upsell, or cross-sell products and services.
- Drive customer renewals by demonstrating continued value and ROI from the Unduit platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed.
- Understand the customer’s business goals, challenges, and industry trends to align our solution with their objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to co-develop strategies that leverage Unduits products to solve their unique challenges.
- Monitor product adoption and engagement to ensure customers are deriving maximum value.
- Identify upsell opportunities, such as additional licenses, features, or integrations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate contracts, renewals, and expansions.
- Work closely with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback from strategic accounts to influence product development and enhancements.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to customers, showcasing the impact of the Unduit platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of SaaS products and industry-specific challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools
