Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our paid marketing efforts, primarily focusing on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to drive B2B lead generation and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). In addition to PPC management, having experience with SEO and landing page optimization would be a valuable asset.
This role is critical as we scale our campaigns and aim to efficiently manage a sizeable monthly budget while freeing up bandwidth for other strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance marketing efforts through Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive B2B lead generation.
- Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS and maximize the effectiveness of a sizeable monthly budget.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to refine campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals and marketing strategies.
- Assist in SEO efforts, including keyword optimization, content improvement, and backlink strategies (nice to have).
- Support landing page optimization to enhance user experience and improve lead conversion rates (nice to have).
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative approaches.
Requirements
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing B2B PPC campaigns with a proven track record of improving ROAS.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for campaign optimization.
- Experience with budget management and performance tracking.
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies.
- Experience with landing page optimization to boost lead conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
