Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team and drive growth, retention, and success for our most valued clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Unduit platform and high-value accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. You will develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, and create strategies to drive account growth and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to expand usage, upsell, or cross-sell products and services.
  • Drive customer renewals by demonstrating continued value and ROI from the Unduit platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring their needs and feedback are addressed.
  • Understand the customer’s business goals, challenges, and industry trends to align our solution with their objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to co-develop strategies that leverage Unduits products to solve their unique challenges.
  • Monitor product adoption and engagement to ensure customers are deriving maximum value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, such as additional licenses, features, or integrations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate contracts, renewals, and expansions.
  • Work closely with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback from strategic accounts to influence product development and enhancements.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to customers, showcasing the impact of the Unduit platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of SaaS products and industry-specific challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools
